It is understood that a $100.00 deposit is due at booking.

• Member of the Metropolitan Baptist District - $100.00 per day
• Non-Member of Metropolitan Baptist District - $150.00 per day
• Penalty fee:
  • Fire Extinguisher - $500.00
  • Holes in Wall - $100.00
  • Writing on Wall - $50.00
  • Stopping Up Toilet - $200.00
  • Bicycles - $75.00
  • Locks - $25.00

Please note: Any and all damages to the property, facilities, equipment, furniture, etc. your group will be held responsible.
